Hi there, I am applying to take on an 8 month old as well as my baby (10 months) for 2 days a week and am currently filling in the variation form. Any ideas on how to answer the part about how you will plan the day - do they want a general outline or hour by hour type thing, have started writing 9am this, 10am that but think it looks a bit regimented. I remember doing this for my course and my tutor told me off because although I had written 9am this, 10am that I didn't write in nappy changes or toilet breaks which I thought was ridiculous but anyway...what are they looking for here? I will have my mum with me as my assistant but it seems they want me to prove myself in 300 words or something!:panic:
