Childminding and stairs

I’m thinking about becoming a childminder but I am a bit worried about how I would manage getting children up the stairs to my 2nd floor flat. So I’m just wondering how others would manage to do this and if it can be done?

hiya. i dont have stairs but have steps to my front door that i can bump my phil and teds up and down but....

how many stairs, too many to bump a pram down or not?

if you could keep the pram downstairs then it would be a case of 1 baby in your arms and 2 x toddlers/or older walking by themselves. you may be limited to the number of children you can have incase of a fire ect how would u get them all out?

if you cant bump a pram down or leave it downstairs then without help im not sure how you could do it as you are not allowed to leave the children alone at all.
