Hi yes we have been twice before, and we found it good and enjoyed our day. There is not any large animals like you get at some of the other zoos but lots of animals still to see.

Its ok , i live close to Bristol so have been many many times. No where near as many animals as there were, not many large animals either. I would say take a picnic the food is very expensive , there are lots of lovely grounds and a fab adventure playground .

I'm sure you will have a great time .

I have been but not in a while - I agree about the price of food - take a picnic!

I loved the seals and penguins

I love Bristol zoo! I like that it's quite small and you feel much closer to the animals. The gorilla enclosure is fab! I agree with others though - take a picnic!

I went there on a school trip when I was about 10 - does that count?

Not for about 35 years! :D It was back in the day when Johnny Morris made it famous :clapping:
Sometimes the smaller zoos are better. As long as there is a playground, the kids are not that bothered by the animals ;)
Have a lovely day and enjoy your picnic
