So I was going to cancel the pre reg visit as DD2 wasn't well but she perked up yesterday p.m. so I decided not to.

Mrs O was only here for 1.5hrs and it was all done. No actions given and said to give it 3 wks & if the certificate hasn't arrived then call and ask why!

Glad its over and done with but she was really friendly and it was more like a chat than anything else.
