Need help with co-childminders!!!!

:) Me and my sister are nearly registered as childminders in our own rights from her address. She owns the house and we don't know how the accounts need to be done. I can't register my mums house (where I live) as my parents don't want that.

Can we have the same accounts and then split the net profit between us at the year end to pay tax and nic's or is it easier to have individual accounts.

If we have individual accounts how does splitting all the bills work and the 10% of all her bills work.

To do this you would need to register as a partnership - I have done this with my daughter who is my assitant and works at my address as we did not want to go down the employer / employee route.

It is easy to set up and there is advice on HMRC website
