Hi Everyone :)

Well, at long last I have kicked myself into touch & I started the Rosemary Conley GI Jeans diet last saturday.
Tomorrow is weighing day :rolleyes: so fingers crossed as I have been very good this week! Plus, I vowed no alcohol until I have lost one stone! :eek:

I am doing this at home so support from you lovely lot would be great :clapping:

Hope everyone else is doing well.

:clapping: Yippee!!!:clapping: I have lost 5lbs in my first week & 3 inches, 1 from each thigh and 1 from my hips :)

Just the incentive I need not to give in to temptation:thumbsup:
