Shoes too small!!!

Just a moan .....Mindee normally has his school uniform on as he goes to pre school in the morning, last week he said his shoes (size 10) were hurting him and i told mum....she said she knew and was going to buy him some in half term.

Now this week he has turned up in trainers that are obviously too small as he keeps tripping up all the time!!! I checked what size they were they are the same pair he worn last summer and they are a size 8!! Poor child, he says they dont hurt but his toes are right a the end.

I will be telling mum tonight but surely sh must know?!

Mum probably thinks it can wait until half term... or child said the trainers were more comfy than the shoes.

Some parents have no understanding of the long term damage they are risking :(

I had this with one of mine recently. I mentioned to mum that lo kept stumbling as she walked and that maybe her feet needed measuring. She came in the same shoes the next week and so I again mentioned it to mum, and thankfully she got her feet measued that weekend. Lo had gone up a full size and a half, so no wonder she was having difficulty walking.
