Pre-Registration Booklet Help Help Help!!!!

Hi all, I've just been reading through some threads on here about pre-reg visits as I have mine on Monday. I'm now starting to panic as I'd never heard of the pre registration booklet with questions in it that are referred to at the visit.
I've rang Ofsted who said its published by local authorities and mines not open till the morning. Its too late now for them to get a copy to me before Monday anyway.

Please, please, please could anyone be so kind as to e-mail me a scanned copy of the booklet or type out the questions for me.

How many questions are there in it?

Or does anyone know of a link to find a copy on-line.

Hope someone can help me as I'm starting to panic now - did so want to be as ready as I could for this visit.:panic:
