quick question re parental resp

Hi, my pre reg officer mentioned that i need to establist parental responsibility and was advised i record this, not essentiol but good practice. Soooo i was wondering if any of you wise people knew of anywhere i could print off a guidance on PR , what it is, and a form for parents to read and sign??

There is a form made by Pauline in downloads, as far as I am aware this information is a must have as part of requirements.

To others who might read this thread... it is a statutory requirement of the Eyfs to record those who have parental responsibility and those who have legal contact with a child.

That means you must ask for and record this information somewhere in the child's records.
