Can I advertise yet or do I need to wait until my certificate arrives? And how do I advertise? lol!

Hi, I advertised before i was registered and put when i was hoping to be registered for .
I made posters and put some in my childrens school as thats where i would do pick ups from , i put a card in the village advertising box , i put an ad on my local netmums board , childcare.co.uk , my local shop , nursery school .
Also as i knew the local minders they all said they would point any people in my direction as they were full.
I was registered last summer and it's only now it's starting to take off so advertise, advertise and advertise some more!!
