help.... what do i do?

baby has just taken a tumble and banged her cheek its got a bruise already...

just gone to get accident form and i've totally ran out.... what shall i do.

can i make an accident form?

Just write everything on a blank peice of paper , giving all the deatails that you normally would on a regular accident form . Sign it , date it , get parents to sign and date it , then keep it with your others. No probs :thumbsup:

Write or type one out so long as it's got the details of time, date, were accident happened, what treatment was given, your signature, parent signature and date on it. Oh yes childs name!
I hope she is ok.

Yes you can make an accident form up. Just make sure it includes all the info that your original form has.

Remember to print 2 copies off so the parents can take a copy home. Then just staple it into the back of your book.

All sorted!!!

Although the bruise is enormous, it looks like i have given her a thump in the face - im dreading dad pickig up!!! She was crawling really fast from the playroom into the lounge, the runner that the patio doors are on you know, well she lost her balance from crawling so fast and smaked her face onto the metal partition. Everytime i look at her my stomach gets a knot, it really does look like a punch mark :(

OMG - they are going to think I have beaten her! :panic:
