anyone know about these vouchers?

I have had parents ask me about the following voucher schemes and wondered if anyone here had any opinions on them?

www.edenred.com (who apparently used to be Accor)

and

www.kuvouchers.co.uk (who are kids unlimited childcare vouchers)

Ive never heard of them and I have only got one parent who has vouchers and I have had nothing but problems with them....

one of my parents uses ku vouchers , money has credited on time each month without problems.

Don't speak to me about Edenred

They inputted my bank details into their computer incorrectly and I am having one heck of a battle with them to get paid - 3 weeks of no money yet, even though I can see Mum is paying me, Im not receiving it, and their customer services have been so unhelpful:angry:

I get paid by both and have had no problems so far!

Yes I have 2 parents pay me by Accor and so far have not had any problems. All my parents use vouchers of some kind.

I get paid by the ku ones and they seem good , money on time etc.

I have parents using both of them, and no problems at all with either. In fact, since one parent has been using KU, she obviously gets paid on the 25th, as I get a remittance and the money in my account 3 days later. She pays the rest by chq, on 1st of month, once I've given the invoice, so that's not normally in til 5th or 6th - so works out better for me! :thumbsup:

I have one parent who uses Endered. I've had no problem with them. :thumbsup:
