Hi - I found some fab cookie cutters in the shops today and really want to make some Xmas tree decs with the kids using salt dough. The only prob is...its Thursday tommorow! Can I still do it, or am I out of time? (Drying/painting wise...)

I dont usually do salt dough cos my little ones usually just make blobs and try to eat the stuff, then it gets mushed into the carpet.. but Im totally inspired today!

Oops - posted this reply on the wrong thread!

Just popped these in the oven!

I bought the cookie cutters from John Lewis. They had loads of really nice ones...hearts, stars, animals, letters etc. I chose gingerbread men, gingerbread houses and Christmas trees! Cant wait to paint them..got some glitter glaze from WH Smith to finish them off!
