Phoned them last week to chase a variation request I sent at the beginning of March for continuity of care and they said they didn't read it until 15th date so the 14 days it takes didn't start until then - okkkkaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay... but they promised to look at it then and there and let me know...

Phoned again today and guess what - they are going to look at it shortly.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. I have asked them to phone me back today with a yes or no. Chances of that happening? :rolleyes:

How come our paperwork has to be spot on and up to date and they can faff? Sooooo frustrating.

oohhh they phoned :eek: and said it was all fine as it met the criteria. I managed not to say that I knew it met the criteria and if that's all we had to check why the need to apply :rolleyes:
