Anyone use RG Childcare/ Vouchers?

A new parent has paid me once through RG Childcare Vouchers C/O Asperity Employee Benefits Ltd.

This months payment was due 25th March and I usually receive an email remittance but hadn't so I checked my bank account. No sign of payment.

Have txt parent who said they definitely paid and they will look into it.

I have just rung two different telephone numbers for this company and both say that they are currently unavailable.

Sounds very dodgy to me?

That does sound odd for RG - they are usually VERY good - I've used them for a long time and never had problems.
I've had the last couple of payments go a bit funny but that is due to mum being on maternity and she has to do something different, but both times I've had my money the following day. I would get mum to chase it - you shouldn't have to chase your own wages!
