Definately.
My ds had split funding between 2 settings - there is an option for this on the funding form , it asks if the child attends any other settings for funded sessions.
My friend (accredited cm) is currently caring for a boy who also goes to a forest school.

Certain schools refuse to split the funding (my local for example) and so parents have to use all 15 at the school or lose it.
Not fair in my opinion.

It can be split between settings, min 2.5 hrs and settings shouldn't be able to refuse to share, it's supposed to be about personal choice isn't it

It can be shared between two settings and I didnt think settings could demand all or nothing.

Parents have the right to reduce the available 5 sessions a child attends up to the age of 5 , in fact they dont 'have' to go to school at all. If a parent says they only want say 3 sessions then this is their right. The school will be comitting fraud if it claims for all 5 sessions , and this should infact show up on the audit. The school has no say in whether other childcare is used to claim the other hours. I would definately challenge this .
