Pre reg visit

Hi guys

I am looking for some advice.

I have sent all my ofsted forms, crb forms and paid the fee. How long did it take for ofsted to call to arrange the pre reg visit?

Also I have completed my policies and procedures and my pre reg booklet. Now I am a bit stuck on the risk assessments. I completed the booklet risk assessment, but the individual risk assessments. Can anyone give me some advice.

I have done the same, and waiting for the call!!! I've got very good information about policies ans risk assessment from Bromley Childminding Association and I changed some words and little things to fit for my setting.:)

Ive got mine tues week and havent been sent anything to fill in, is it the self evalulation that i need to do?

I had my Ofsted booklet with my application forms. This was given to me at my Childminding course.

Give Ofsted a ring and they will hurry it up for you.

There is a book you have to fill in before they come out but can't remember what it's called. I think it's on a download somewhere on here.

Someone hopefully will come along soon to help out!
