Do I have to download and print out all 26 pages or will ofsted send you a form if you ring up.
My daughter will be 16 in April, do I fill out the form before or after her birthday?
I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find it so will be grateful if anyone knows,thanks
I filled it in online and printed the signature page for my friend to sign then scanned it in and emailed both bits to ofsted :thumbsup:

Once your daughter is 16 Ofsted will contact you and send the necessary paperwork for you to complete and return (you dont need to do anything before her birthday) :thumbsup:

Do not assume Ofsted will contact you.
Ring them and remind them :D

once they recieved the email the CRB form arrived just 2 days later :D

I received the one for my son 2 days after his birthday complete with CRB form and everything. Didn't ring and remind Ofsted it just arrived. That was last Oct. :thumbsup:
