How is everyone doing this week?

Are you managing to stick to your diets?

Tatia....have you managed to stay away from the Pepsi's? :D

i am doing really badly Dee. went out for a meal on saturday and was very naughty. then had more than half a big bag of minstrels on Sunday. yesterday i ate a whole box of roses. have been good so far today!

For once I am doing ok although it is only my second day

I have tried not to say much because I do not want to tempt fate haha

I would like to say thank you to Tatia , Kirsty and Lana for their on going support they have kept me going so thanks

Yes, I am happy to say I have broken the Pepsi addiction. I'm very pleased with that. But other than that, my week has not been great. I don't think I've gained but I know I haven't lost. I weigh in tonight and I'll be happy to have stayed the same, honestly.

I'm glad the book has been helpful, Angel. Once you get your head round SW and food optimizing, it becomes second nature. I still urge you to buy or subscribe to the magazine cos it is chock full of great recipes and inspirational stories. I find it invaluable, I really do.

As Tatia says Angel once you have got your head around the plan it becomes much easier.....you will get there.

Tatia you are doing so well in giving up the Pepsi which I know is extremely hard so well done. Even if you stay the same tonight then at least you haven't put any on and tonight starts another week....good luck for tonight.....I will keep my fingers crossed for you!

One of each.....I know what you mean about getting into a swimsuit.......very frightening....don't want to scare the fish do we? :laughing:

Caroline & Rubyrubbles......sure that you will be able to turn things around ladies!

I lost 2 & half lbs this week, 8 & half all together:D

Up to last week I had lost 11lb :clapping: although I have put on 2lb this week :angry:

I'm hoping to get back on track this week after my slight blip.

I'm so pleased you are sticking to it Angel and you have the support from others

We will all get there, being slimmer

I have already lost one of the lbs put back on so back on track :clapping:

I'm just doing my own thing Helen, cutting down on all the rubbish I eat.

Seems to be working for now and really want to get to that stone.

Just wish I could see where I've lost it from :laughing:

I know what you mean where its coming from though, I can feel my jeans loosening around my legs but they weren't big in the first place. But around my middle area is another matter, but nothing has shifted from there:D
