My lovely co-ordinator (I assume it is the same as a Development Officer) came for a paperwork visit today. She was impressed with the standard of my paperwork (thank you ladies!!!) and asked if I would consider joining the network after my graded inspection.
I really enjoyed the visit, she was knowledgeable and supportive and also nice to chat to. I told her what I read on here the other day about the complaints procedure, how the number of days had changed from 20 on the Childcare register to 28 like the Early Years register. She had not heard this but was happy to have found out and wrote it down. She knew about the Forum and thought it was a great resource. :thumbsup:
