I've come across this site which has some good info if you were doing a healthy eating/fruit theme

Hi,

I've just finished planning my first theme :clapping: with help from this website and thought I would share my idea for feedback and for others to use :)

Please see the attachment for the form.

The first part is for me to tick when the child has completed the activity (sometimes with more than one tick) and in theory the child will drink more water/milk everyday and try something new etc. When the child has done well they will receive a certificate and sticker! The second part is what activities we did and which part of the eyfs it came under.

The second page are ideas for activities and the section on the eyfs it falls under, which I'm still adding to.

I only have a 4yr old girl at the moment and my 1 yr old daughter so it shouldn't be too hard to complete the activities.

Hope it goes well.

Thanks,

Julie
