Hi im nearly finished my pre registration so far i have done 24 policies but i dont know where to start with the risk assessments! They did not go into much detail at all on this in the training (we where just shown an example of a home risk assessment!) Can somebody please give me some help and advice

Thanks in advance

I got a lot of help and advice by looking through the Risk Asessment section.
Most of the other threads in there answered all my questions.

love the fact they have one for adult materials wondering if anyone would be brave enough to show Ofsted one of these. Might put one in just to see if anyone actually reads my risk assessments
