crb stage 4 help

Hi all

My and my hubbys crbs are in stage 4, where can i call to see how they are getting on? We both do not live in the same area we grew up in so do I call oxford where we are now or where we grew up?

Sorry if this seems a silly question, its just this i am waiting for now before im registered
