Just looked through where I thought I kept all my Who Minds magazine for the recipe for pancakes that was in last Feb / Mar (2010) issue, and I can't find the mag :angry: .
If anyone knows what I am on about, and can let me have the recipe, I would really appreciate.

Yep they have it on their site - go to the home page, sign in & type in the search bar : "WHO MINDS MARCH 2010" & it'll come up - Perfect Pancakes - Annabel Karmel PDF:thumbsup:
