My son is 16yrs and I am in the throws of Registering him at the moment. He has a First Aid qualification. He won't be able to be alone with mindees until he is 18yrs but by Registering him now he can help, especially in the holidays which he has done for a long time but he is covered by my Employees Insurance. It also means if we get the NCMA Babysitting forms he will be covered by the insurance when he babysits
