RA for Roof Work

I need to do a RA as we are having our roof replaced.

I only have one mindee for an hour before school so don't need to worry about outside play, just getting in and out the house.

Oviously there's risk from debris, falling if they are working and laying around, plus they'll be a skip so I won't be able to park on the drive. Is there anything else I need to include, or haven't considered?

I've spoken to Ofsted & Insurance, so that's covered

I'll be watching this one too as we are having our house re-roofed in the Summer so will need a risk assessment along those lines. :)

Just as a thought, have you asked the company/person doing your roof if they have one that you could use? Some companies would have them already prepared for customers to use.
