Variations before initial inspection?

Hello guys, just wondered if anyone knew whether you could ask for a variation for an existing mindee before your first grading inspection? Ive got a 3 yr old mindee at the mo on a Monday and mum wants me to do Wednesdays too but she would put me over my numbers. Reluctant to call Ofsted just yet and open a can of worms!!! so thought Id see if you lot knew first:thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Don't see why not - I got a variation for my first mindee and I've not had a grading inspection. The variation was granted a month after I'd registered.
