Yes! Yes! Yes!
Ofsted have been...and i can relax!!!:D
It went really, really well, thank goodness. All weekend i have been so stressed out trying to get ready; i was still running round like a maniac this morning up until about half an hour before she came. I swear, before she arrived i really did feel physically sick and could hardly breathe because i'd worked myself into such a state.
Anyway...it really was fine. She did ask me lots of questions about what i'd do in different circumstances and she had a look around the house, but by having a look i mean just a quick glance in each room and not my room as i didn't want that registered. I pointed out things that i still need to do including making the hedges safe in my garden as there are a few holes. That was the only thing she really said i need to take action on. She's going to send me an action letter, i do what needs doing and then write back to say they've been done.
She was really lovely...told me she was so impressed by the policies i'd written and that they are better than some nurseries she's inspected!!! So thankfully all the hard work payed off. She said she thinks i'll be a great childminder and she will register me for the full capacity of 6 children including my own.
I'm very happy:)
Yay!!!:jump for joy:
