Hi

Me and my partner do not live together at the moment,he is from London and usually stays in Swindon with me a couple of times a week(mostly week days).

If this is to continue will he need to be CRB checked? Would I need to fill out the EY2 form from Ofsted?

Yes he would need to be crb checked, as my eldest son was at uni term time only and as he was back during the hols. He had to be crb checked so I would think the same would apply. You could check with ofsted but I would say yes.

if some one is present on a regular basis then they should be police checked also any child over the age of 16 i have a cleaner 3 afternoons a week and i had her police checked

my partner lives 100 mile away but sends a few days here as we have 2 kids together he has been CRB checked!
