View Full Version : Very Proud Minder Moment

My 8 and 11yr old mindees are sat at the table making animal jars. I thought they would want to keep hair slides in them but no, they are sitting there discussing what charity they are going to save for in them :D One is making one for the RSPCA (a very cool tiger jar!) and the other wants to save for a childens hospital that is treating a school friend of hers. I asked who was going to put money in them and they said they would put their pocket money in.

Am very proud of them right now and shall start by giving them a donation from me I think :D

That's lovely! What a fantastic idea too and for them to come up with that off of their own backs is fab. :)

that is nice. I was proud of ds (11) today (who normally winds all the little ones up as well as my dd (9). He helped me 5 year old create booster engines for his junk model rocket.
