can anyone help/guide me to an answer to the question in the pre reg book.

If you are applying to be registered on both the registers, have you considered if there are any differences between the requirements of the two? if so, how does this apply to your service?

i remember being stuck on this too... theres a fair few differences like for example the amount of time you have in which to tell OFSTED of a complaint

You need to read the Eyfs and the Childcare Register and compare the 2.

There are some differences - especially with complaints, policies and procedures and some wording that is different.

There is a document in free downloads at the top of the forum that will help you too.
