right, I think we could do with a definitive list of all the paperwork we need. not the extra stuff which might get you extra brownie points, but the stuff that would get us a rollicking if we didn't have it.
please copy and add on what I've forgotten, ( or a question mark next to things you think might be "extras") and you never know, we might eventually all get a decent tick list!

registration certificate
CRB certificate
first aid certificate
safeguarding children training certificate
ofsted poster with phone number on



permission:

to seek medical attention
to take photos



attendance register
emergency contacts
parental responsibility form

risk assessments:
RA for each room of the house
RA for garden
RA for each different playgroup, playground etc,


policies:
Safeguarding children
complaints procedure
inclusiveness policy

public liability insurance certificate

probably some other policies are madatory aswell!

it's all right there in the EYFS framework:)

most is in the EYS framework but you have to trawl through all the diferent sections to collate it together.
OSTED also have a habit o suddenly decidng we need to have new stuff which isn't in there ( eg. parental responsibility forms!)
