Age limit on assistants ?

Is there an upper age limit on assistants ? Was thinking about registering my dad as you can never have too many to call upon , he gets on very well with the kids and just thought it would be good if I made it official

You cannot be ageist about taking on assistants!

You should not even ask their age on their application forms because you might then be accused of turning them down because they are older.
