complaints policy

just trying to sort paper work for inspection on monday:panic: :panic: :panic:

at the moment i have my complaints policy in with all the others, should i have it on display on my notice board????

i also have a plastic wallet with pre printed complaints forms in it is that all i need in there ????

It wouldn't do any harm to have it displayed. Also give a copy to parents. Make sure that you are displaying Ofsted's current "complaints" poster with current phone number.

I had a visit from my tutor this week and she said to have the poster up and a copy of your policy... would make a good impression :)
