essential courses?

hi im currently i the process of registering, my first aid, food hygeine and child protection are due to expire so wanted to get them out of the way asap so its sorted in plenty of time but all my council courses are fully booked and they do not have anymore sceduled. is it essential for them to be the council ones or can you do an online one or a one provided by someone else? thanks x:)

There are on line courses (do it via Forum you even get a :thumbsup: discount) . We have just completed our Food Safety one yesterday . First aid has to be be hands on though .
