HI Everyone,

I am just getting to grips with all the paperwork that comes with being a childminder (crimes) however; although i have been on all the websites trying to find out what to put in my learning journeys i would really appreciate it if i could see an example of one. I just feel that some people put alot of information and others not so much it is extremely confusing.

If any one could help i would be forever grateful.

Thanks Jo:)

An extract from a child's profile book, or 'learning journey' that shows nursery, childminder and parents' contributions.

there are also examples in the Bromley website and on the CD that comes with the EYFS books if I remember rightly

The trouble is that different people do them differently i know Myself and a couple of friends all do ours differently and they both think mine are too much but I am happy with them if that makes sense

I've recently bought one of Sarah's ebooks to help me with my learning journeys, it's very good. Like buildingblocks has said everyone's are different. One of my friends does hers very differently to mine Hx

West sussex have an editabale one on line (mostly because they like us all to use the same)

I normally google west sussex learning journal and it's there (because although we all are meant to use it they don't print it for us:rolleyes: )

It's a good starting point but not as good as sarah's ebook examples...
