i'd like to register my daughter (almost 20yrs old) as my assistant to help with the school runs etc. do i still need to complete an ey2 form as she already has an crb from ofsed as shes over 18yrs, or do i just need to ask for a variation to have her put on my registration certificate. im going to also book her in for her 1st aid soon and already have parental permission forms in place? :happy banana:

Yes you would have to still apply using the EY2 form to officially register her as your assistant.

She could not have sole care unless she has first aid and Ofsted have approved her.
