Help me please

I am completing my SEF & I am really stuck on a 3 questions. It is in Section 5I have listed below the ones I am stuck on. I do have Sarahs book but for the life of me I cant find it in there & cant make head nor tail of it. If anyone can give me any help i will be eternally gratefull

Section 5 The Leadership & management if early years.

H: The effectiveness of leadership & management in embedding ambition & driving improvement

I) The effectiveness with which the setting deploys resources

J) The effectiveness with which the setting promotes equality & diversity

Page 49 - talk about how your resources enable the children to play and learn.

J) The effectiveness with which the setting promotes equality & diversity

Pages 50 - 54 - you might have an accessibility audit or you may have made changes to your provision to meet a child or family need.
