To a lady requiring childcare.

Was meant to be every thurs & occasional mondays.

Now I get told that she doesn't need Thurs yet (but may do- not started the job yet so unsure) but still occasional Monday.

I have told her to start with just Mondays is fine but as I only have 1 vacancy & she will be taking up every Monday I will still have to charge her for that place (whether used or not).

She's going to talk to MIL & see what she can sort & ring me back (maybe :rolleyes: ) over the next few weeks.

Have I said the right thing? I don't want to be messed around. At the end of the day this is my income.

I find it sooooo difficult to say no, but with the support of the fab people on here, I'm getting better. :) Think you've done the right thing. If she doesn't agree to it then someone else will. :D
