After inspection;)))

Hello Ledies,
English is not my first language so excuse me if you spot any wrong spelling.I really want to shere with you my feeling after inspection because it was so nice.
I had my inspection 2 days ago.I was so scared,couldn't sleep the night before.Now I can say that it's nothing to be affraid of.If you have everything on place your inspection will be a nice chat with Mrs O;)))
I got such a nice comment from her about my person,house etc.
She said that my house have a lovely warm feeling and I am a wonderful person:blush: and she can see that I am very good childminder:blush:
She was impressed with my risk assesment,she said she has never seen this kind of risk assesment before.
I have never heard so many nice comment about my person:eek:
She gave me few advice because she said: I can see a big potential for outstanding:eek:
She asked me about the activities I do with children to cover Phisical development,creativity development and Problem solving,reasoning and numeracy.She wanted to know if I understand EYFS.
She also said that I am good in saying what I do best but don't Know about my weak sides;) ha ha ha We had a good lough about it.
I got good in all areas and outstanding in Safeguarding children.:clapping: I am so happy and proud of myself.After this inspection I know that I do good job but there is always space for improvement;)

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Sarah because without your E-book I would never achive such a nice grade.
And THANK YOU to all of you who shere their ideas on the forum.

glad you enjoyed the experience....i had a similar time with my inspection. Mrs O was lovely like yours and i wouldve been quite happy fro her to stay all day....she enjoyed playing with my LOs alot!

Thanks girls,I am so happy that is over now and can relax:D
I think every inspector should be like this.
They expect from us to be open,friendly work in patnership etc. so they should give us a good example and be the same:D
And at the end she asked me how I grade her:eek: so maybe that was the reason why she was so nice to me.....ha ha ha
