infection control - privacy, diversity & equality

hello, can any one recommend a good on line company providing both infection control and privacy, equality and diversity. As well as being a childminder, i also do one night shift a fortnight in a residential home for the elderly. and these two courses would be ideal for both jobs. I have looked at vision2learn, but nothing in my area, and the OU, but ideally i would like a course (free or paid, preferable free!!), with a certificate at the end of it.

If you are needing the courses for a residential home setting I wonder if your local council could point you in the right direction? :D
