I can assure you that I have quite a way to go but am now beginning to really see and feel the benefit.

Between July last year to February of this year I managed to put on so much weight!

I know that a lot of that was due to loosing my mum as I am a person who eats when happy but I am afraid I eat an awful lot more when I am sad......that is not to say that I am over the loss of my mum but it is true what people say .....time does make things better.

Also I know that my mum would be upset with me if I had continued to put on more weight hence the reason I decided to address and deal with the weight problem.

I now weight nearly a stone less than I did when I went to Cuba last year which I am really pleased about.

The only thing with that is that Nigel is moaning his head off as I will have to buy a shed load of new clothes when we go away this year.

I sat and worked it out that it is now only 13 weeks until we go to Dominican Republic and I went and paid the balance of the holiday today and am getting excited.

We have even started looking at next years holiday and hoping to go to Mexico.......

I know that if I can do it....so can everyone else so come on ladies lets all aim to be in our little black numbers by christmas!!!!
