Hi

I am trying to put together an All About Me booklet for new Mindees parents to fill in to give me some ideas on what the lo likes etc.

I am after some inspiration and was hoping that some of you lovely people could help me out. What sort of things do you put in yours?

Thanks

Just copied and pasted a bit of mine, I'm still creating it at the moment.

I also have a first section that's who I live with, family members, pets, eye/hair colour, dob etc. My pre-reg inspector also said it would be good to have a physical abilities bit, saying about sitting/crawling/standing/cruising/walking confidently etc. So going to add that. Would be good to see others as well,

I also have about if they use special words or gestures for things - you might not know what they mean.

And I have included their most recent achievements and what their parent/guardian wants them to work on with me;)

Hi, I've used the Individual Needs form on the Bromley website as a starting point and adapted it. I've put a link below.

http://www.bromleycma.org.uk/policies/policies_and_procedures.html

Hope that helps Hx
