References

Hi everyone

I am a new childminder and am currently in the process of advertising. I was wondering what I would do if a parent asked me for references though? I only have my own personnel experiences with my son and familymembers so how could I provide them with a reference regarding childcare?

I am also new :)

I have 3 x amazing from some of my old collegues/ friends and will give them a copy and explain i am a new childminder.

I guess that will have to do.
