Help......please!?! Neighbours at the back of us have just informed us that the massive tree (that is hanging over our garden) will be cut down tomorrow!! I have risk assessments for almost everything but not tree felling!! Does anybody have any ideas?!

I agree.
I wouldn't go to the trouble of writing a full risk assessment for this - might put a note on my garden RA that neighbours had this work done and you stayed indoors/went to park or whatever.
