self evaluation forms

hi eveyone.
i'm new to this forum so please bare with me lol
my question is this, although im on both childminder registers i only care for children before and after school, and during school hols, ranging in age from 7rs - 12yrs, i have no vacencies so this will remain the same for the time being, do i still need to fill out a self evaluation form as i was under the impression that i only had to do this if i minded children 5yrs or under? :D

Some one will correct me if I am wrong but I thought the sef was a tool to help the inspection along and would fill in the relavant bits. Just a word of warning though a childminder here had her call and told inspector she did not do eyfs and therefore no sef as children all over 6, inspector said she would call back in 3 months and if still only doing older children she would change her registration and that's more expensive.

I've read that you can keep your registration for 3 years with no children so I don't know what the inspector was on about there. If I was your friend I'd query that one.
