Pip it might be a bit old for your purpose but I think it was the REPEY Project that did look at minders and various factors that seem to affect practice and I'm sure it mentioned networks as a factor (sorry that was my 2nd year piece - memory a bit rusty). I have it saved on my PC if you can't find it to download.

You could try the Millenium Cohort Study.

Also, the Ten Year Strategy : Next Steps - although it doesn't go into the behind networks itself - the report might list the research behind that reasoning - sure the REPEY is one of them actually.

Can't think of anything specific though. Although if you were arguing network co-ordinators need to be graduate leaders to influence CM's in teh same way that GL's in nurseries can influence their staff then then you could link it it to any of the graduate leader research. Would be nice to have more DO's who can actually help and lead us wouldnt it:laughing:

Your research sounds interesting though honx

I'll be back - Grace is up!

Anything particular you are looking at? x

PS you should be able to use the QA stuff, as loads of networks are QA schemes...mine is!
