Hi Everyone My name is Sarah I have 3 children aged 8,5 & 2. I am going to a briefing session tonight and starting the childminding course next week. I am hoping to have the house ready by the time I qualify. I need to convert my dining room into a play/relaxing room and also get a new kitchen fitted. Was just wondering if anyone can tell me whether you can get qualified but delay pre-reg visits etc until your house is organised! I am sooo nervous about tonight.:panic:

Don't be nervous... they won't bite!

As for delaying Ofsted, I wouldn't tbh... they want to know how you intend to work, not see you are ready to start the next day. All the checks can take so long, you'll have ages to get ready with everything.

Enjoy tonight! :D
