Newbie joining Fatties

Hi. Desperately need to lose two stones so thought I'd join you lot in the hopes that you might be able to provide me with inspiration.

Currently member of gym through Pruhealth scheme but not working as only seem to make it to the coffee bar! Guess if I actually exercised more than my arm lifting the coffee I might do better!!

Best of luck, Fandangles. Have you considered joining a group, like Slimming World or Weight Watcher's? SW is fantastic and I can persoanlly vouch for the excellence of the plan. It really works.
