Hi everyone

I'm trying to think of ways that I can make some parking bays in my garden but my partner has categorically refused the use of paint as apparently it's hard to remove - humph!! I did think of using chalk but then they'd probably be washed away with the next downpour! Any ideas of how else I could do them?

If you are using them for promoting children's mark making then chalk would be ideal as the children could re-do them regularly.

An alternative is a piece of paper or card laminated... you can use a white board pen then to draw shapes, numbers, letters etc which match with the same labels on the cars.

Hth :D

lengths of bamboo perhaps or other pieces of wood?

Oo, they're good ideas - i want to make one of the bays a disabled bay so the card laminated would be ideal for that, and i could get my OH to knock something up out of bamboo for them to park in.

Thanks ladies
